Thank you for your interest in E.A.A.P.A. Please complete the application form below to be considered for admission. A $25.00 non-refundable application fee is required upon submission. If you would like to apply for an additional scholar (1), an additional $15.00 will be added. Applications will not be reviewed or accepted without successful payment.  We look forward to reviewing your application and getting to know you and your scholar better!

Welcome to E.A.A.P.A's application form. This form is designed to gather essential information about prospective scholars. Please complete all sections accurately and thoroughly, as this information is crucial for our admissions team to evaluate your application. We look forward to learning more about you and your scholar and considering you for admission to E.A.A.P.A. Application Fee of $25 is due at the end of the application form. For each additional scholar there will be a fee of $15 added onto the original fee.
