Welcome to a brand new school year filled with excitement and endless possibilities! We are thrilled to have our returning students back and to warmly welcome all of our new students to the E.A.A.P.A. family.

We are excited to kick off with our orientations to help everyone get prepared and informed. 

Parent Orientation - August 22, 2025

Join us for an informative session where we will discuss important updates, school policies, and answer any questions you may have.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Student Orientation August 26-29,2025

Our scholars will have a dedicated orientation period to get acquainted with their new schedules, school/class structure, meet their teachers, and get ready for an amazing school year. Each day will be filled with activities and information to ensure a smooth transition! 

📚 Back to School To-Do List for Parents

To help your scholar start the year off right, please complete the following tasks by the listed deadlines. This will prepare you for Parent Orientation and a smooth school year!

✅ What to Do Before Parent Orientation:

  • Fill Out Re-Enrollment Form
    Deadline: August 26, 2025
    Make sure your child’s spot is secured for the new school year!

  • Sign and Submit Release & Authorization Forms
    Deadline: August 26, 2025
    These important documents ensure your child’s safety and participation.

  • Submit Annual School Physical
    Deadline: September 15, 2025
    Keep your scholar healthy and compliant with school health policies.

  • Upload Any Disability Documentation (if applicable)
    Provide any updated paperwork so we can support your child properly.

  • Review School Supply List & Purchase Supplies 
    Prepare early by checking the supply list for your child’s grade.
    (Supply lists are available under “Ready,Set, Supplies”

📚🎨 Daily Schedule 🌞🕘

Classes are held Monday–Friday
🕣 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
—with a midday 30-minute break to rest and refuel!

📍 Important Location Notice:
All pick-up, drop-off, and classes will temporarily take place at 350 E. Crown Pointe Rd (the PAC – Performing Arts Center). Please be sure to come to this address for all school-related activities. 🚗🎒🏫
