Our admissions process is designed to identify and future talented students who demonstrate a passion for the arts and a commitment to academic excellence. We invite parents who are passionate about providing their children with a unique, creativity-driven education, and are willing to invest financially, mentally, emotionally, and physically into their scholar’s future.

Our comprehensive admissions journey includes an application, admission testing, and an in-person interview, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and developing each student’s potential.

Steps to Enrollment

Step 1: Review Curriculum, Tuition, & Fees

Begin your journey by exploring our comprehensive curriculum, tuition, and fee structures. Discover if E.A.A.P.A is the perfect fit for your family.

Ready to take the next step? Submit your application form along with the $25.00 non-refundable application fee. This investment opens the door to a world of possibilities and marks the beginning of your exciting journey with E.A.A.P.A.

Step 3: Interview

Engage in a personalized interview process designed to get to know you and your family better. This is your opportunity to share your aspirations, ask questions, and learn more about the enriching experiences that await at E.A.A.P.A.

Step 4: Admission Evaluation

Scholars are able to showcase their academic potential through our admission evaluation. This helps us understand their unique strengths and how E.A.A.P.A can best support their educational journey. 

Step 5: Receive Acceptance letter

Congratulations! Upon successful completion of the previous steps, you will receive an acceptance letter welcoming you to the E.A.A.P.A family. This is your formal invitation to join our thriving community. 

Step 6: Enroll

Secure your spot at E.A.A.P.A by completing the enrollment process. The enrollment fees, in addition to annual tuition, reserves your scholar’s spot, and covers the cost of textbook, teaching supplies, and essential resources for the coming school year. 

Re-enrolling students benefit from a discount if they complete the process by January 31. Students who opt-out by January 31 and then decide to later enroll will not receive the discount. 

Please note, enrollment fees are non-refundable and are required per student each year to solidify your commitment.
