New and Returning Students
Welcome to a brand new school year filled with excitement and endless possibilities! We are thrilled to have our returning students back and to warmly welcome all of our new students to the E.A.A.P.A. family.
We are excited to kick off with our orientations to help everyone get prepared and informed.
Admission Evaluations
The admission evaluation is an essential step in our enrollment/re-enrollment process at E.A.A.P.A. This evaluation will access your scholar’s academic abilities and personal character. All scholars will be evaluated before the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year. Parents will be contacted to schedule a date and time to bring their scholar in for an evaluation. Please watch for our communication regarding scheduling your appointment.
Parent Orientation - August 26, 2024
Join us for an informative session where we will discuss important updates, school policies, and answer any questions you may have. We look forward to seeing you there!
Student Orientation - August 27-30, 2024
Our scholars will have a dedicated orientation period to get acquainted with their new schedules, school/class structure, meet their teachers, and get ready for an amazing school year. Each day will be filled with activities and information to ensure a smooth transition!
E.A.A.P.A's Uniforms
We are excited to announce that this year, our school uniforms have been updated with a new logo and additional apparel options. Both academic and performing arts uniforms can be purchased directly through our school.
Khaki pants and shorts may be purchased from your local Walmart, Target, or Children’s Place. Please adhere to the uniform catalog for guidelines.

Order Deadline: August 18, 2024
All scholars must have all pieces of both their academic and performing arts uniforms by September 3, 2024.

Uniform Updates for returning students
For returning students who have already purchased uniforms or have previous academic and performing arts uniforms, we are offering a special option this year only. You can purchase to add the new school logo to your existing school uniforms only if the uniform is approved. Uniforms would need to be brought in and approved by the school before accepting payment to add logo.

Important notice for Next Year
Starting the following school year (2025-2026), all students – both new and retuning- will be required to have the official E.A.A.P.A academic and performing arts uniforms. This will include the new E.A.A.P.A logo, any uniform updates, and all uniforms must adhere to the updated school standards.
School Supplies
The School Supply List Linked below includes the essential items your scholar scholar/s will need throughout the entire school year. Any special supplies required for elective and/or special classes will be shared progressively as needed. Our goal is to help limit the cost of back-to-school preparation as much as possible.
Device Requirement: Each scholar MUST have a reliable and trustworthy electronic device that has a case and screen protector. WE RECOMMEND APPLE IPADS OR SAMSUNG GALAXY. Other tablets are allowed however, please note that if the tablet is not dependable, it can cause your scholar to be behind in their lessons and assignments, which can result in them failing.
Supply Deadline: All school supplies must be brought to school by September 3, 2024
Labelling Supplies: Please ensure that all supplies are labeled with your scholar’s first and last name in permanent ink. Scholars will determine which supplies will be used for specific courses with their teachers, so please refrain from writing subject areas on their planners.
